Peel Valley Milk is 100% local Jersey Milk

Our Cows are milked morning and night to make our quality product. It is tested frequently at the farm to ensure that the raw milk is at the best possible quality which means that we do very minimal through the processing plant and still get longer than normal shelf life.

This also means we can get it to you very fast. The milk can be walking around the paddock (in the cow) this morning and be in your fridge by lunch time. It is that fresh.

The milk at the farm is tested at an average of 5% butter fat and 4% protein and our cows average 23 litres per day. Those numbers simply translate to fresh delicious milk.
